You simply need to visit our returportal. Here you can choose which items you want to exchange, specify what you want to exchange them for, and receive a return label for your exchange.

You can return your order via our returportal. Here you choose which items you would like to return, select “refund”, and receive a return label for your return parcel. When returning items for a refund, a fee will be charged for using the return label. The amount depends on the country you are sending from.

To ensure you get the right size, we recommend using our size guide. You only need your waist measurement and inseam length to find the perfect size.

If you are unsure whether the product is too small: Our products contain a lot of stretch and will give over time. They are meant to feel fitted when brand new, but not tight or uncomfortable.

If you are unsure whether the product is too big: If you are unsure whether they are too big, they probably are. Our products do not shrink when washed, but they will give slightly at first. We recommend choosing half a size too small rather than half a size too big.

If the size is not what you hoped for, you can exchange your items for another size for free via our returns portal.

We have two types of store credit: type 1 by email and type 2 via a customer account.

Type 1 (by email): If you received your store credit by email, you will find a unique 16-digit code by clicking on “View gift card”. You will then be redirected to our website, where you can start shopping. Remember to click “Use” at checkout to apply your store credit.

Type 2 (via customer portal): In the top right corner, you will find a customer icon next to the search button and the basket. Click on the customer icon and enter your email address. You will receive a 6-digit login code by email. Once logged in, click “Store” in the top left corner and start shopping. At checkout, “Apply store credit” must be selected to use your credit.
